Grilling Peaches
Place peach or nectarine half on screaming hot grill and char on both sides.
Goat’s Cheese Dressing
2 1/2 oz goat cheese
sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
5 TBSP EVOO
Juice of 1 lemon
1 oz Parmesan Cheese
1 TBSP Walnut Oil
Assembling Your Salad
Toss dressing with frisse or endive and place grilled peaches on top and enjoy!
